  • 1 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 5 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

    Sift flour; add shortening and salt.

    Blend until like coarse meal.

    Add egg, water and vinegar.

    Press together; do not knead. Makes 4 crusts.
