- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pam no stick cooking spray or 1/4 to 1/2 c. cooking oil
Directions

1Coat entire surface of meat in oil and brown.

2Roast in 300° oven for 25 to 30 minutes per pound.

3Salt near end of cooking time.

4When done, remove from pan.
