Ingredients

  • 200 grams flour
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 200 grams bran flakes or corn flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • to taste salt & black pepper
  • to taste Garlic powder

Directions

    Wash and pat dry chicken pieces.

    Blend egg and milk.

    Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

    Place chicken in blended mixture and set aside for approx 15 to 20 minutes

    Blend corn flakes or bran flakes to coarse texture

    Remove chicken and dust /coat lightly in flour and finely chopped thyme and marjoram.

    Then coat evenly with bran or cornflakes

    Place in foil sheet or baking pan.

    Place in preheated oven of 350 degrees F

    Bake for 40 minutes then turn pieces and complete baking for 10 minutes.

    Garnish with sliced red.
