- 3 1/2 qt. popped corn (14 c.)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. soda
Directions

1Place popped corn in a large, well-greased pan.

2In a large heavy saucepan, melt butter; stir in next 3 ingredients and boil for 5 minutes over medium heat.

3Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda.

4Pour syrup over popcorn, mixing well.

5Place popcorn on well-greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

6When cool enough to handle, separate kernels.

7Store tightly covered.
