- 4 c. sliced carrots
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. diced Velveeta
- crushed potato chips
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of water for 5 minutes or until tender.

2Place carrots in greased casserole dish.

3Dot with butter.

4Stir in onion; sprinkle with cheese.

5Top with chips. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
