  • 4 c. carrots, cooked and sliced
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
  • crushed potato chips

Directions

    Cook carrots in small amount of water until tender. Drain & slice.

    Place in buttered casserole dish.

    Mix in onions.

    Dot with margarine and cheese. Top with chips.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
