- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
- crushed potato chips
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of water until tender. Drain & slice.

2Place in buttered casserole dish.

3Mix in onions.

4Dot with margarine and cheese. Top with chips.
