- 4 whole catfish
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 3/4 c. finely crushed cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
Directions

1Rinse catfish in cold water; pat very dry with paper towels. Mix together the crumbs and seasonings; place in shallow bowl.

2Dip each fish in melted butter or margarine, then roll in seasoned crumbs.

3Place fish on oiled rack 4 inches above hot coals.

4Cook 8 to 10 minutes per side, turning once gently.

5Serve immediately.
