  • 2 to 3 lb. assorted chicken parts (legs, thighs, wings, breasts)
  • 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk or whole milk
  • corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or olive oil

Directions

    Combine crumbs and salt.

    Dip chicken pieces in milk and coat with crumbs.

    Place in a single layer, skin side up, in a greased, foil-lined, shallow baking pan.
