  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. cornflakes or other flaked cereal, crushed

Directions

    Remove skin from chicken.

    Combine milk and egg whites.

    Dip chicken in milk mixture, then cornflakes.

    Bake in nonstick pan at 400° for 20 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350°.
