- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. cornflakes or other flaked cereal, crushed
Directions

1Remove skin from chicken.

2Combine milk and egg whites.

3Dip chicken in milk mixture, then cornflakes.

4Bake in nonstick pan at 400° for 20 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350°.

6Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
