- 1/2 c. uncooked oats (regular)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of garlic powder
- 8 chicken drumsticks, skinned (about 1 3/4 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; top with cover and process until mixture resembles coarse meal.

2Brush chicken with honey (lightly); dredge in oat mixture.

3Place drumsticks on a rack in a roasting pan.

4Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

5Turn drumsticks and bake an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden.
