- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 small onion, grated
- 10 oz. corn chips
- 1 c. light sour cream
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce
Directions

1Combine 1 1/2 cups grated cheese, enchilada sauce, chili, tomato paste, water, onion and corn chips, reserving 1 cup.

2Pour into lightly greased, oblong baking dish.

3Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes.

4Spread sour cream over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

5Put remaining corn chips around edge and bake 5 more minutes.
