  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary Or 1 tbsp Minced Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt Divided
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

    In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and 1 tsp salt.

    With fork, stir in oil and 3/4 C water until dough comes together.

    On floured surface, knead dough 2 min or until smooth.

    Wrap and chill 1 hr.

    Heat grill to high for direct heat or heat oven to 425F.

    Divide dough into 16 pieces.

    On floured surface, roll out dough as thinly as possible.
