Easy Beef Stroganoff

   Cut a Round Steak into 1 inch strips. Lay in the bottom of roaster. Take a pkg of dry onion soup mix and sprinkle over meat. Take a c an of Cream of Mushroom Soup

   and spoon globs across meat. Cover tightly and DO NOT PEAK!

   Cook 250 degrees for four hours. Stir and pour sour cream into meat mixture. Pour over noodles or rice.
