  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2/3 c. instant potato flakes
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese (may use reduced fat)
  • 1/3 c. margarine, melted (liquid Butter Buds may be substituted)
  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Grease Pyrex dish with nonstick spray. Mix potato flakes, garlic and Parmesan cheese.

    Dip chicken into melted margarine; roll into potato mix to coat.

    Place in baking dish; sprinkle any uncoated areas with mixture.

    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until golden.
