  • 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
  • 4 orange roughy fillets (4 oz. each)
  • 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Mix dressing, lemon juice, rosemary and pepper until well blended; spread evenly onto both sides of fish.

    Sprinkle coating mix into shallow dish or pie plate.

    Dip fish in coating mix, turning over to evenly coat both sides; place in single layer in greased shallow baking pan.

    Discard any remaining coating mix.

    Bake 12 to 15 min.

    or until fish flakes easily with fork.
