- 4 medium Russet potatoes, cut into large wedges
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

1Place potatoes in a large bowl; add cold water to cover.

2Let stand 15 minutes.

3Preheat oven to 425°.

4Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

6Drain potatoes.

7Dry potatoes, using paper towels.

8Place in a large bowl and sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.

9Place on cookie sheet.

10Bake for 20 minutes. Turn potatoes and sprinkle with garlic.
