- 15 chicken wings
- 1 tsp. salt (more or less depending on your taste)
- 1/2 tsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Cut up each wing into 3 sections.

2Discard the end-bone portion.

3Now each wing gives 2 pieces.

4Marinate wings with salt and let it sit for 1 hour (overnight is okay too).

5Turn stove to medium-high; on a nonstick pan, add 1/2 teaspoon oil.

6Put chicken in and turn very frequently.

7Do not cover pan.
-
8Done in about 25 to 30 minutes, when wings are golden brown and crispy.

9Most of the oil is squeezed out.

10Drain and serve.
