  • 3 to 4 lb. pork loin or any roast
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. catsup
  • 6 to 8 Tbsp. meat broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Texas Pete
  • hot sauce to taste

Directions

    Put ingredients in crock-pot.

    Cook until well done.

    Drain and remove any bones.

    Cut into small pieces. Season with last 4 ingredients.
