- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Accent
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Put a large boneless chuck roast in the crock-pot and cover with ketchup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, Accent, brown sugar and mustard.

2Cook on low overnight.

3Shred beef and return to liquid until ready to serve.
