  • boneless chuck roast
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Accent
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. mustard

Directions

    Put a large boneless chuck roast in the crock-pot and cover with ketchup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, Accent, brown sugar and mustard.

    Cook on low overnight.

    Shred beef and return to liquid until ready to serve.
