- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 or 5 Polish link sausages
- 2 large cans pork and beans
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in oleo.

2Slice and brown Polish sausages.

3Add pork and beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and mustard.

4Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours in crock-pot.
