  • chuck roast, cut into 4-inch chunks
  • onions
  • green peppers
  • fennel seed
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. water
  • basil or Italian seasoning

    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.

    Cook on low approximately 6 to 7 hours.

    When done, flake meat apart and stir. Serve on hard rolls with Mozzarella cheese.
