Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

  • 2 12 lbs round steaks, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 14 ounces onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles

    Brown meat in skillet.

    Put steak cubes in crock pot with butter, cream of mushroom soup, soup mix, paprika, onion, mushrooms, and wine.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook on high 1 hour then low 7 hours.

    Add sour cream during last 20 to 30 minutes.

    Add cooked noodles in last 20-30 minutes.
