- 3/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 head garlic, peeled and minced (approximately 8-10 cloves)
- 1 large sweet onion (Walla Walla)
- 3 -4 peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
Directions

1Put chicken thighs in the Crock-pot.

2Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

3Cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken falls apart. Serve over rice with broccoli as a side dish.
