Chinese Wild Rice Chops

  • 1 box wild rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 6 pork chops, not browned
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients.

    Add drained vegetables.

    Pour mixture into baking dish and arrange on top the pork chops in single layer.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle with soy sauce.

    Bake at 350° for 2 hours. Turn pork chops after one hour.
