Crock-Pot Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan cornbread (double recipe)
- sage or poultry seasoning to taste
Directions

1Cook chopped onion in microwave for two minutes.

2Put all ingredients, except bread, in a large bowl.

3Mix thoroughly and then mix in bread last.

4Grease a crock-pot.

5Pour dressing into crock-pot, alternating chicken or turkey, if desired.

6Put a small amount of butter or margarine on top of dressing (1/4 cup).

7Cook 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high.

8Serves 16 to 20.
