Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 12 c. slightly dry bread, cubed
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. diced giblets
Directions

1Melt margarine in skillet and saute onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms.

2Pour over bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.

3Add all seasonings and toss together.

4Pour in enough broth to moisten. Add eggs and mix well.

5Pour in slow cooker set on high for 45 minutes.

6Then reduce to low and cook for 4 to 6 hours.
