- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. Graham crackers
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. corn syrup
Directions

1Mix pudding and milk for 2 minutes with mixer on low speed.

2Fold in Cool Whip.

3Layer graham crackers and pudding mix in dish.

4Two layers of pudding and 3 layers of crackers.

5Icing: On medium heat, melt butter, chocolate, milk and syrup together in medium pan.

6Remove from heat, add vanilla and powdered sugar and mix with mixer until smooth.

7Pour over and spread on top layer of crackers.

8Keep refrigerated.
