  • 32 ounces hash brown potatoes one package
  • 1 each soup, cream of mushroom can
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 each soup, cream of cheddar can
  • 1 cup sour cream

    Put hashbrowns in crockpot.

    Mix soups and sour cream together.

    Pour over hash browns.

    Cut up margarine and stir into hashbrowns.

    Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
