- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. steak (i.e. London broil), thinly sliced in strips
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 3 green peppers, sliced
Directions

1Brown steak in frypan with 1 teaspoon butter (margarine or Pam), garlic and ginger.

2Put into crock-pot with all other ingredients except green peppers.

3Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours or low 6 to 8 hours.

4Add peppers and cook for 1 more hour.
