- 8 knockwurst sausages
- 1 pt. beer
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Simmer the knockwurst in beer very slowly, 15 minutes.

2Remove the knockwurst to a heated shallow baking dish.

3Reduce the beer to 1/3 cup by rapid boiling and stir in the vinegar and sugar. Pour over the knockwurst and broil briefly, turning to brown on all sides.
