Crock Pot Pulled Pork

- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 pounds Pork Roast
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Cider Vinegar
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Condensed French Onion Soup
Directions

1Pour olive oil into a fry pan and heat.

2Once heated, salt and pepper the roast and brown on all sides in the heated pan.

3In the crock pot, combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk together.

4Add the roast, making sure to coat both sides with the sauce.

5Turn on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 6.

6Once the roast is fork tender, remove from the crock pot and remove any fat left over on the roast and throw away.

7Once the roast is completely shredded, add back to the crock pot juices.

8Cook for another 20 minutes, until warmed through.
