Crock Pot Pulled Pork

- 5 pounds Pork Butt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 bottle (18-21 Oz. Bottle) Any Brand BBQ Sauce, Honey Or Hickory
- 1/2 bottles Water (Use The Barbecue Sauce Bottle To Measure)
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions

1You will need at least a 5-quart slow cooker for this.

2You may need to cut the roast in half if it is awkward in size and that is okay, but dont try to cut it in multiple pieces.

3Mix all dry spices and rub all over the pork butt to season.

4Put in the crock pot and add the bottle of bbq sauce, then fill the bottle halfway with water and add that along with the apple cider vinegar.

5Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.

6Remove and cool for about an hour.

7While cooling, put the crock pot with the juices in the refrigerator to cool, then remove and skim off the fat from the sauce.

8Pull apart the pork butt with 2 forks to shred.

9Add to the sauce, warm up and serve on hard rolls or wedges.

10You can serve this with coleslaw either on the sandwiches or on the side.
