- 2 to 3 squirrels, cut up
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can full water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
- onion, diced (if you want)
- diced celery (also good)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.

2Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until squirrel is tender.

3Strain the juices of the crock-pot and pour into pan.

4Thicken for gravy to pour over mashed potatoes by adding about 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 1/2 cup water to broth and cook until thick.

5Stir constantly.
