- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 8 corn tortillas, each cut into 6 wedges
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (dry)
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
Directions

1Crumble 1/4 of ground beef into bottom of slow cooker.

2Top with 1/4 of tortilla wedges.

3In small bowl, combine soup and taco mix.

4Spread 1/4 of soup mixture over tortillas in pot.

5Sprinkle with 1/4 of tomatoes.

6Repeat, layering until all ingredients are in pot.

7Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.

8Serve with remaining ingredients, as desired.

9Makes 6 or 7 servings.
