  • 2 pkg. California Blend vegetables
  • 1 stick margarine, chipped
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 1 c. rice, precooked
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Layer ingredients in crock-pot until all are used up.

    Set crock-pot on high until veggies are heated.

    Then reduce heat to low and simmer 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
