  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) flaked coconut (not moistened)
  • 1 to 2 lb. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • margarine, room temperature
  • Ground cinnamon

Directions

    Place first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

    Cream with a large heavy spoon.

    Roll in one-inch balls.

    Dump some cinnamon in a bowl or plate.

    Roll balls in cinnamon and shake off the excess.
