- 2 lb. diced lean venison
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 ribs celery, diced
- 4 carrots, diced
- 3/4 c. rice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 4 c. water
- garlic salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Place all ingredients except carrots and rice in crock-pot. Cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours.

2Add carrots and rice; simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 additional hours.

3Place on low until ready to eat.
