  • 2 1/2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 small bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 small bag frozen green beans
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, cut into pats

Directions

    Combine all vegetables and put into crock-pot.

    Layer with butter.

    Cook on high for 3 hours or until potatoes are soft. Stir 2 times while cooking and just before serving.
