- 5 to 7 lb. cooked ham butt or shank
- whole cloves
- 1/2 c. currant jelly
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Place ham on metal rack or trivet in slow cooking pot.

2Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

3Remove ham.

4Pour off juices; remove rind. Score ham; stud with whole cloves.

5In a small saucepan, melt jelly with remaining ingredients.

6Remove rack and return ham to pot.

7Spoon sauce over ham.

8Cover and cook on high for 25 minutes basting ham often.
