  • 2-1/2 cups (600 ml) cooked rice
  • 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) scalded milk
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) white or brown sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) vanilla
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) raisins
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) soft butter
