- 1 c. Thick White Sauce (see recipe following)
- 2 c. finely chopped or ground meat (beef, chicken, pork or ham)
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 pkg. frozen peas in cream sauce
- 1 tsp. minced onion
Directions

1Prepare Thick White Sauce.

2Stir in meat, 1 tablespoon minced onion and parsley.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Cover and chill for 2 hours.

5Divide mixture into 12 equal parts and shape each into a ball.

6Beat egg and water until blended.

7Dip each ball into the egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs until well coated. Cover and chill again for about 2 hours.
