  • 2-1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 3 cans Tomatoes, 28 Oz Each, Hearty Cut Or Diced
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes, 10 Oz, Or Diced Tomatoes With Greeen Chilis
  • 1 can Chili Beans, 15 Oz
  • 1 can Light Red Kidney Beans, 15 Oz
  • 1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans, 15 Oz
  • 22 ounces, fluid Tomato Juice
  • 2 whole Bell Peppers, Diced
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion, Medium, Diced
  • 3/4 cups Chili Powder
  • 3 whole Bay Leaves
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Allspice
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Celery Salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Or Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper

    Combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer for 1 hour. Serve warm and garnish with any combination of oyster crackers, corn chips, shredded cheddar and sour cream. I like to eat mine with a peanut butter sandwich to take the heat out of my mouth between bites!
