- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 5 teaspoons seafood seasoning
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 6 lbs sole fillets, 1 for each batch
Directions

1In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients.
