  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring

    Combine all ingredients in bowl and beat 12 minutes with electric mixer. Bake at 275° for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours for a much lighter and much prettier cake.
