- 13 cups Gluten Free Cornflakes Cereal, Crushed Coarsely
- 3 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut Flakes
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Milk Vanilla Flavored Yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons Smooth Almond Butter
- 3 whole Bananas
Directions

1In a small skillet combine crushed Corn Flakes and coconut.

2Cook and stir over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until coconut is starting to brown.

3Remove from heat and set aside.

4In a small bowl stir together yogurt and almond butter.

5If desired, sprinkle with a little of the Corn Flake mixture.

6Peel then slice each banana in half lengthwise and then cut each half into 4 pieces making eight pieces total per banana.

7Place each piece, cut side up, on a small plate.

8Spread the almond butter mixture on the banana pieces.

9Sprinkle evenly with the Corn Flake mixture.
