- 6 apples (3-inch in diameter)
- 1 c. granola cereal
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo (room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- whipped cream or half and half
Directions

1Rinse apples and core.

2Mix cereal, butter and sugar.

3Press 1/6 of mixture in each apple.

4Set apples slightly apart in shallow baking dish, 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 14-inch oval.

5Add apple juice to pan.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° about 30 minutes.

7Offer cream to pour over apples, if desired.

8Makes 6 servings.
