Ingredients

  • 1 10 inch tortilla
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 3 shakes of hot sauce
  • 1 Hash brown pattie, cooked as directed and cut into three pieces lengthwise
  • 2 Sausage links, cooked, and cut in half lengthwise. Or you could use cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1 Scrambled eggs
  • 1 Shredded cheese

    In small bowl mix sour cream, taco seasoning, and hot sauce

    Place tortilla on paper plate cover with a dampened paper towel and warm in the microwave for 20 seconds so its more flexible

    Spread sour cream mixture on tortilla.

    As much or as little as you like.

    Sprinkle with a little bit of shredded cheese.

    On top of that place one slice of sausage, then a slice of hash brown until you use it all.

    Then add scrambled eggs and a little more shredded cheese

    Fold sides of tortilla to the middle to make a oval shape until all edges are closed and everything is sealed in

    Place Crunch wrap in a George Foreman grill or panini press sprayed with cooking spray.

    Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown
