  • 2/3 c. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. softened butter
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

    Mix oatmeal, coconut

    Blend brown sugar, butter and honey in

    a small bowl. Add to oat mixture; mix well. Press into a greased 9 x
