  • 48 caramels (14 oz. bag)
  • 4 c. toasted oat cereal
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies cereal

    Melt caramels with water in saucepan over low heat; stir frequently until smooth.

    Pour mixture over combined cereals; toss until well coated.

    With hands slightly moistened with water, press mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
