- 8 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1/4 c. cracked wheat or bulgar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, maple flavored syrup, butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1In mixing bowl, stir together corn muffin mix, rolled oats and cracked wheat.

2Add eggs and milk; stir until mixture is moistened. Stir in pecans.

3Spread batter evenly in a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Drizzle with the 1 tablespoon syrup.

5Bake in a 400° oven for about 20 minutes or until done.

6Serve warm, cut into squares, with additional maple syrup or butter or margarine.
